I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated with a wilderness motif, but on the small side. The service was good overall, although there were missed opportunities for a more welcoming interaction. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, with a good breakfast included. The dining options were decent, with some room for improvement. The facilities met my needs during the stay.

The hotel had a very poor set up with musty-smelling, outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, small pillows, dark lighting, and dirty carpet and chairs. The bedrooms in the basement were dark and musty, accessed by a flight of stairs down on a 90-degree turn. On the flip side, the location was convenient, making walking to the downtown strip easy and manageable, although the layout could be more spacious. The dining experience was complimentary and adequate, but guests might need to contend for waffle makers. Despite these drawbacks, the service seemed somewhat nice, although I was advised to buy from the gas station down the street. The price was basic for the charged services, including bacon.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely warm, and the noise from outside was disruptive. The room felt a bit small for two people.

I absolutely loved staying here! The room layout, with the bedroom downstairs, was perfect for my family. My daughter adored it! However, the early morning noise from the cleaning crew was a bit of an annoyance. The location is fantastic, especially after a day of hikes or skiing, and being walking distance to downtown Banff is a huge bonus.

My stay at the hotel was below standard. The room on the 4th floor was very tatty, with ripped wallpaper, and despite the air conditioning, it was uncomfortably hot. The price I paid was not reflective of the quality, and it was a big disappointment.
